Baby911's first post-Baby A moves to his big boy bed

Im starting off my blogging journey by telling you about a family I've known for over a year now. I've just come back from visiting Baby A and his family in London. I first met Baby A and his family when he was just about four months old after his parents tried tirelessly to have him sleep independently. They relied on rocking, nursing and walking him in his pram and were beyond exhausted. After making a few tweaks together with his eating and sleeping routine, he soon slept soundly through the night and we have remained in close touch since.

I was lucky to be there to see him experience eating his first solids and its just been wonderful to watch him grow into a little boy who loves his food! This happy chap has always eaten anything and everything which is something I work hard for with a lot of my frustrated parents who find feeding their fussy eaters agonising. I love it when a baby loves their fruits and vegetables!! When Baby A was 13 months old, I was asked back when the family was having a rough time removing the dummy. What they thought was an unbearable task turned out to be a piece of cake when we tackled it together.

I have just arrived home after an overnight visit with them and, with Baby A now 18 months old, they made a new transition...to his big boy bed! Baby A's parents didnt wait to hit rock bottom this time and so they made this transition quickly and smoothly. This is what its all about, children eating, sleeping and playing well. It leads to happy children, happy families, and a happy Baby911!
